Call for Candidates

As managing agent of Granada Residential Community, Inc., we are pleased to announce that an Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Monday, September 13, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors and to discuss normal business of the Association.

Attached you will find the Call for Candidates and the blank Candidacy Form. If you would like to nominate yourself or another Member as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the form and return it to Tameka Jackson or Ashlea Morgan with Essex Association Management via Email, Regular Mail, or Fax by or before the deadline. Please be aware that when you submit your form via email we will send a confirmation email to you. Due to the meeting being held telephonically (online), floor nominations and write-in candidates cannot be accepted during the meeting. In order to ensure that the candidate name is placed on the ballot, the Association must receive the completed Candidacy Form no later than Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
