Construction Gate Closure / Security Procedures

We are writing to inform you that, effective February 1st, 2025, the construction gate will be permanently closed, and security guards will be onsite 24/7. Moving forward, all construction, visitor, and resident traffic will need to use the main gate for entry and exit.
Important reminders for all residents:
• Please ensure that you have all your toll tags properly in place for seamless access through the main gate.
• It is crucial that the guard house app contains an updated list of your visitors. This will help streamline access and ensure security at the gate.
• If you are having a party or event containing more than ten people, please provide a list of guests to ryan@essexhoa.com, so the guards can be aware.
• The phone number for the guard house is: 940-205-9999.
o Currently, the number only works while a guard is present. When we go 24/7, this number will always be online.
• The entry gates will stay open during the day to preserve the motor life of the operators; however, the barrier arms will remain closed.
• The Security’s Standard Operating Procedures will be posted to the websites and sent out via postcard.
