Special Assessment Update

On November 16, 2022, the Board of Directors, and a majority of homeowner’s present, in an open meeting, voted by required majority vote to levy a special assessment in the amount of $5,500.00 to all owners for the 2023 fiscal year. The one-time Special Assessment is to be used for construction of the guard house. The due date was to be no later than March 1st, 2023. The due date has been extended to October 31st, 2023, to allow time for additional bids on the guard house.
Payment for the 2023 Special Assessment will be due on or before October 31st, 2023, in the amount of $5,500.00. Late fees will apply after October 31st, 2023.

To pay online please go to www.propertypay.cit.com. If you have not already done so, you will need to register to make recurring online payments. One-time payments are also available and registration is not required. You can pay by e-check at no cost to you. Payments may also be made by credit card; however, you will incur an additional convenience fee for selecting this payment method. When making a payment online you will need to enter Management Company ID #3136, Association ID #615, and your 7-digit account number. Please keep this information handy for future payments as well.
