Courtesy Reminder Regarding Pets

Recently, we have been receiving complaints that there are dogs barking continuously during quiet hours. This is a friendly reminder that the governing documents for Granada Residential Community addresses this issue:

2.10 Animals - Household Pets...
…No animal may be allowed to make an unreasonable amount of noise, or to become a nuisance…

As a courtesy to your fellow neighbors, if your pet(s) are outside during quiet hours (10 pm to 7 am) and they are barking, please be courteous and bring them inside. We are aware that dogs are going to bark occasionally, but if they are left outside, and the barking continues, please bring them in.
