Community Gate Issues

We are currently experiencing issues with the operating system for the community gate. A preliminary check of the gate system shows the automatic updates to the system were unable to download the latest homeowner directory which means the system was not able to upload and transmit some new homeowner information resulting in some Owners not having gate access at this time.

A service call has been placed and the technician will be on-site to fix this issue by the end of the day tomorrow. In the interim, the gate will remain open to allow for access into and out of the community. We apologize for this inconvenience but wish to assure you we are aware of the issues and are working diligently to correct the problem.
