We are pleased to announce that the Online voting of the guard house project has been scheduled to start Friday, May 20, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of this vote is to obtain the approval of the members of the association for the construction of a guard house at the main entrance on Granada Trail and a one-time special assessment for $5,500 imposed on each lot.
